Speaker:

Mrs. Linda Hamblen

Linda Stratton Hamblen had the privilege of growing up in a Christian home. She spent the first 21 years of her life living on the campus of Bob Jones University where her parents were faculty and staff members.  Linda graduated in 1976 with a degree in Home Economics. It was there that she met her husband, Keith Hamblen.

Keith and Linda have served all of their 33 married years in the ministries of Calvary Bible Church in Lima, Ohio where Keith has been pastor for the past 14 years. His father, Frank Hamblen, was pastor of CBC since its inception in 1960.

The Hamblens have six grown children. The main focus of Linda’s married life has been that of wife and mother. She also has served as a SS teacher, choir member, and leader of the church’s missionary ladies group.

After enjoying their empty nest for one month in September of 2006, the Lord unexpectedly gave Keith and Linda the guardianship of three children, ages 4, 6, and 7!

Speaker:

Pastor Todd Wood

Todd Wood was born and raised in Idaho Falls, Idaho. He was saved a young child in his home. As a senior in high school, he felt God's call to missions. Todd received his B.A. in Christian Missions from Bob Jones University in 1992. He went on to receive his M.A. in Theology and a Masters of Divinity Degree.

Planning to go to Africa, the Lord redirected his steps to the Mormon mission field in the Intermountain West. In the mid 90's Todd and his wife joined Northwest Baptist Mission as a church planter. After a one-year internship in Nevada he returned to his home town of Idaho Falls to start a fundamental church. Berean Bible Church celebrated their 10-year anniversary last year.

Pastor Wood and his wife Kristie have been married for 16 years. They have 4 children, ages 8-12: Joshua, Moriah, Hannah, & Micaiah.
