Pastor David Saxton is the founding and current pastor of Falls Berean Bible Church. He and his wife, Mary Beth, moved from Detroit, Michigan in the summer of 2001 in order to begin a fundamental, separatist church in the Akron, Ohio area. In March of 2005, Falls Berean Bible Church acquired a building in Cuyahoga Falls after merging with a small work there.

Pastor Saxton is a graduate of Bob Jones University (1997 B.A. Bible), as well as Detroit Baptist Theological Seminary (2001 M.DIV.). Pastor Saxton was ordained and sent out by Grace Church of Mentor in 2001 in order to begin a new church in the Akron, Ohio area. Pastor Saxton is a member of the Ohio Bible Fellowship, the Fundamental Baptist Fellowship International, as well as the American Council of Christian Churches.

Pastor Saxton and his wife, Mary Beth, have 4 little girls – Ruth Anne, Grace Anne, Rebecca Anne, and Faith Anne. Their goal in ministry is to help people please the Lord Jesus Christ by learning and applying all of God's Word, by leading others in evangelism of the lost, and by helping others gain discernment in a day of great religious compromise.

Pastor Saxton believes that Jesus Christ and His Word should reign supreme in the church, home and individual lives. Every service of Falls Berean Bible Church focuses on living lives based on the eternal truths of God’s Word.
